• Start the message with lesson information: lesson name, slide number (e.g. Dreaming Mechanism, S12). Please describe your question and request briefly.

Platform questions

• Please address all platform related questions to your contact at YaizY.
• Start the message with lesson information: lesson number and name, lesson id (optional), your request.
• If you need to resolve the issue urgently, please add [email protected] to the cc.

External tool questions

• Please address all platform related questions to your contact at YaizY.
• Start the message by identifying the tool (e.g., Replit, Canva, Brush Ninja), then describe your question briefly.
