Welcome to YaizY!

Here’s a short instruction on how you can join the lesson as an LC.

Via YaizY dashboard

1. Go to admin.yaizy.io and select ‘Assistant/LC’

   

2. Enter your credentials (provided via email)

   

3. You’ll be redirected to LMS with the full list of lessons for this week.

   • You have ‘Join the lesson’ button for each course (see the screenshot below).

   • Search for the lesson with today’s start day and time.

     <aside> ❗

     If it’s less than an hour before the lesson, the lesson will be highlighted green and you will be able to enter the lesson.

4. Check your camera and mic and press ‘Join lesson’

   If you’ll have Chrome/Microsoft Edge notification asking you about camera and mic access, please allow YaizY.io access to your camera and mic so we could see and hear you on the lesson.

   

   

5. Wait for the teacher to join

   <aside> ❗ If you see orange ‘Start’ button, please don’t press it

Via Google Classroom

1. Login to your Google Classroom account

2. Select your YaizY course

3. Click on the “YaizY Lessons” posted materials in the Stream

   

4. Select your Google Account

   

5. You will be automatically redirected to the YaizY dashboard.

6. You’ll be redirected to LMS with the full list of lessons for this week.

   • You have ‘Join the lesson’ button for each course (see the screenshot below).
   • Search for the lesson with today’s start day and time.
