Go to YaizY Platform (admin.yaizy.io)

Go to ‘Schedule’ tab

Open any lesson that is available to you

You will be redirected to the waiting room:

Here you can check that:

• You have the right devices (check devices names)
• Your camera and mic are working (you can see yourself if your camera is on, mic should react to any external sounds

You should also check that you allowed access to camera and mic in your browser, click the camera button:

Make sure that you have chosen ’Continue allowing https://admin.yaizy.io to access your camera and mic

You can also go to: chrome://settings/content/all (for Chrome)

Find yaizy.io → click at the arrow near admin.yaizy.io
