How to Launch the lesson

1. Login to your Senior Teacher account or Teaching Fellow account (How to Log in (Senior Teachers) or How to Log in (Teaching Fellows))

2. Open ‘Schedule’ tab. Here you will see all your classes for this week.

   

3. Find the lesson that you need and press ‘Join the lesson’ button.

   If there’s less than an hour before the lesson start, it will be highlighted green.

   

4. Check your camera and mic (you can turn them off if you want) and select ‘Join lesson’ (it will only appear if you use YaizY platform in live class mode, not in-class mode)

   

5. Press ‘Start’

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR TEACHING FELLOWS: Teaching Fellows should press the “Start” button only during the lessons that they lead without the Senior Teachers. If you have a lesson led by Senior Teacher, do not press the “Start” button and wait for the Senior Teacher to do that.

1. After you pressed ‘Start’, you will see lesson recording instruction. You’ll need to select the Window with the lesson and press ‘Share’ to start the recording.

   Please don’t share your Entire screen and don’t skip this stage, it’s required to start the lesson.

Lesson will be paused if you’ll accidentally stop the recording. To continue the lesson you’ll need to repeat step 6.

1. All done, you’re ready to meet your students!

How to Finish the lesson

🚨 Important reminder: The same person who have started the lesson, should finish it.

1. On the lower panel you will see the red ‘Finish’ button

   

2. After you pressed the button, you’ll see the notification like on the picture below:

   

   Select the option you need:

   • Click ‘Finish’ if you’re completed the lesson
   • Click ‘Postpone’ if you’ll need to get back to this lesson later

3. All done!
