Access Clever
- The URL for Clever is already bookmarked on your Chromebook.

Use Google SSO (Single Sign-On) to log in to Clever.
Once logged in, go to Cloudapps Classroom (Itopia) under the Career & Technical Education (CTE) section.
Launch Your Lab

After logging in to Cloudapps Classroom, you will see the Labs assigned to you.

Find the Adobe Lab and click Start to launch it.

Note: It may take up to 90 seconds for the Lab to start.
Set Up Your Lab

When the Lab launches, click the arrow on the right side of the screen to open the sidebar.

Select Fullscreen to make the Lab fit your entire screen. This also enables you to use keyboard shortcuts.

Once you’re in fullscreen, click the arrow again to collapse the sidebar.
Log In to Google Drive

On the Lab desktop, find the Google Drive shortcut and click it to log in to your Google Drive.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the login process and access your files.
Launch Adobe

After setting up your Lab and logging into Google Drive, find Adobe 2024 on your Lab desktop.

Click to launch Adobe.

Once the program opens, the select Continue with Google.

Enter your Google username and password. Click Next.

The first time you log into Adobe, you will be prompted to share your Google login profile with Adobe. Click Continue.

When you are asked to select a profile, you should select KIPP Texas Public Schools.

Be sure to save your work before your class ends so you can easily pick up where you left off next time.
Create a New File. Make sure your settings match the picture. Hit Create.
